From our start in 1975 of relocating a 1940s cabin and restoring it, we have strived to discover each client and have been involved in relocating, restoring, remodeling and reworking many authentic log structures. 

Pace-Brown Company’s zest for history and discovery of how early settlers accomplished construction has led us to combine the use of primitive as well as modern tools and techniques. Continuing the working tradition of early settlers allows us to remain true to the identity and techniques of historic structures. We bring neglected structures back to life by maintaining as much of the cabins original materials and ambiance as possible.

Familiarizing ourselves with the structure and grounds around it provides insight to special touches, from the sun in the morning on the breakfast table to the view of the full moon on the porch at night, we push and pull ideas into a design custom for each client.
